Kiwibank wins Plain English award for website

The Kiwibank website has won the People's Choice Best Plain English Website award in the 2011 Plain English Awards. The awards are designed to encourage businesses and organisations to communicate clearly and concisely and without creating confusion.
Kiwibank Head of Marketing Nicky Ashton said the award was “very satisfying.”
