Kiwibank wins Vero excellence in business support award

Kiwibank has been awarded the prestigious Vero 2009 Excellence in Business Support Award in the large business category.These awards, organised by Bizzone, are held annually and are about encouraging a culture of excellence in organisations that support business through the products and services they provide. Kiwibank was judged on a range of things including; customer satisfaction, planning and leadership and our product offering.
Kiwibank Chief Executive Sam Knowles said winning the award was a great boost for our rapidly-growing business banking operation.
“Over the last few years the business banking team has established a sustainable competitive edge in the New Zealand market by doing things differently and challenging the status quo. The team has successfully differentiated itself from the other banks and through doing so, has built strong relationships with customers. This award is public recognition of our achievements,” Mr Knowles said.
